Va Synod Stewards - Tom Bartkiewicz

Tom Bartkiewicz

Tom Bartkiewicz has served his congregation, Our Saviour in Warrenton, in a number of ways over the years, but feels that serving and leading the stewardship ministry for the past ten years is one of the most rewarding.  Tom combines his engineering background and joy for service to provide a laity perspective to the stewardship round table.  Since 2009, Tom has been involved with the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace program, leading Financial Peace in his congregation, helping other congregations get started, and as a trained financial counselor, providing one-on-one help for families in need.

Through his work with Micah’s Caring Initiative, John has developed resources for community-based funding for local helping ministries and has experience with online giving options. In addition to his work in the parish, John oversees the Mission Leaders Network in partnership with Dr. Kennon Callahan and leads workshops on Dr. Callahan’s book, 12 Keys to An Effective Church.
